How To Order

If you are a new customer or do not have a credit account the easiest way to place orders in online via our secure payment system. You can create an online account or you can buy without registering with us. Alternatively you can order and pay over the phone; please call us on 020 3006 2432.

You can also email orders to and we can call you back to take payment.

If you are an EU customer (excluding UK) and want to order online you will need to register an online account in order to benefit for VAT Exemptions.

If you intend to order on a regular basis, you can benefit from have a credit limit. You need to complete an account form which you can download from the top of this page. We will get back to you in a few days to let you know if you have qualified for a credit account.

If you already have a credit account and would like to move to ordering online, please contact us and we will set this up for you.

If you want to place a one off or regular bulk orders, please contact us for our bespoke pricing plans.

If you are a wholesaler or distributor and would like to stock some or all of our products the please get in touch. We will be able to set up a bespoke structure just for you which takes into account pricing, delivery and minimum orders.

If we have delivered the wrong or damaged products we will of course replace them or provide a full refund. Please call us and we will sort this out.

If you have ordered the wrong product or don't want a product that you have ordered please let us know within 7 working days. We will organise collection but there will be a £30.00 collection charge.we can deduct this from your refund. Please note that even if we are delivering to you again there will still be a collection charge. Collections and deliveries work separately.
