Birchwood is a renewable natural material made from birch wood, a type of hardwood tree. As Birchwood is a natural product, its appearance can vary from product to product.
As a material for food packaging, it can take on many forms like trays, bowls, plates, and cutlery. These products are often constructed from birchwood pulp, which is obtained from sustainably managed forests and processed using environmentally friendly practices. We provide a 1-2 working days delivery service on all UK Mainland orders placed before 12 midday (Monday - Friday excl. Bank Holidays).
For all UK Mainland orders below £90 (ex vat), there is an £8.99 (ex vat) delivery charge. Free delivery for all UK Mainland orders over £90 (ex vat).
Pallet delivery is available for UK Mainland customers to select when ordering online at £45 per pallet (3-5 working days). Orders over £500 qualify for free pallet delivery. UK ISLES & CHANNEL ISLES - JERSEY, GUERNSEY & ISLE OF MAN
We can ship orders to these destinations but the shipping options aren't available online. Delivery is 1-3 working days.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY 'WORKING DAYS'?
'Working Days' means Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
If you order before our 12:00 midday cut-off the first working day is tomorrow (Monday – Friday excl. Bank Holidays).
If you order after our 12:00 midday cut-off the first working day will be the first working day after tomorrow (Monday – Friday excl. Bank Holidays).
RETURNS
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product then please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
If you have changed your mind regarding a purchase, then please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If you contact us after this time we may not be able to accept the return.
Goods must be unopened - we cannot collect or refund products that have been opened because we will not be able to re-stock / re-sell them.
It is the customers’ responsibility to check their orders upon delivery. If an order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the delivery, to be able to resolve the issue.
We can arrange for the collection of the items but there will be a £15+ VAT collection charge for up to 10 boxes and £30+ VAT for more than 10 boxes. We will deduct this charge from your refund.
Please note that even if we are delivering to you again there will still be a collection charge - collections and deliveries work separately with the courier we use (DPD). You can also arrange for the delivery of goods back to us using your own courier.
