Our disposable pots are made from a range of sustainable materials including:

·        Paper: Our paper pots provide a renewable and recyclable option for food packaging.

·        PET Plastic: These pots are made from PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic, which is widely recycled (code 1) and offers excellent clarity for food presentation.

·        PLA Bioplastic: Our PLA Bioplastic pots are derived from renewable resources like corn starch and tapioca, and are commercially compostable.

·        PP Plastic: These pots are made from polypropylene, a widely recycled (code 5) rigid thermoplastic that is commonly used in food packaging.

·         rPET Plastic: These pots are made from recycled PET plastic, reducing the environmental impact and promoting the circular economy.

·         Bagasse: Our bagasse pots are made from a byproduct of the sugarcane industry. They are compostable and provide a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic pots.

Yes, sticker branding is a cost-effective solution for branding disposable pots, especially if you cannot meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for direct printing. The minimum order quantity for producing stickers is only 1000 pieces. Feel free to contact us for more information about pricing and lead times for sticker branding.

Clear pots: rPET (100 % recycled plastic) or PLA bioplastic; opaque bowls: bagasse pulp or paperboard lined with PLA. All are plant‑based or widely recyclable.

Our bagasse and paper pots are plastic‑free; rPET pots use recycled plastic and PLA pots use plant‑based bioplastic.

Yes – certified EN 13432 for industrial composting; they break down in 12 weeks under commercial conditions.

rPET can be rinsed and placed in standard mixed‑plastic recycling.

PLA and rPET pots remain crack‑free down to –18 °C; bagasse bowls also tolerate freezing.

Bagasse bowls are microwave‑safe; paper‑PLA bowls handle brief reheats. rPET and clear PLA pots are for cold food only.

Matching lids create a tight snap‑fit that are leak proof.

1 oz (25 ml), 2 oz (50 ml), 3 oz (75 ml), 4 oz (100 ml) and 6 oz (150 ml). All round pots share either a 60 mm or 74 mm lid for SKU simplicity. 4 oz, 8 oz, 12 oz and 16 oz round pots plus 2‑compartment options.

Lids are sold separately so you can choose flat, dome or hinged styles; see each product’s “Compatible” tab.

Send with food waste to an industrial composter; if none is available, place in general waste – it will still break down without micro‑plastics.

Bagasse will break down in 8–12 weeks in a well‑managed home heap; PLA requires higher temperatures found only in commercial sites

PP/PET/rPET: rinse & recycle; PLA: send with food waste to an industrial composter (or general waste if none); bagasse/paper: home‑compost or recycle if clean.

Fibre‑based and rPET items comply with 2023 single‑use plastic bans; PLA is exempt as a compostable bioplastic.

rPET pots contain ≥ 30 % recycled content so avoid PPT; virgin PP versions are taxable—ask us about rPP upgrades.

The 2023 ban targets polystyrene; PP, PET/rPET, PLA and bagasse pots are all compliant.

From 2025 fibre and high‑recycled‑content packs sit in the lowest EPR bands—switching to bagasse or rPET can cut future costs.
